Mission
We write and talk so NFT comic readers can follow a crossover without treating every wrap as a plot twist. The work stays local, slow, and stubbornly about pages.
Origin
The first notes were scribbled after a Mosley Street reading night where three people owned the same event drop and two different tie-ins. Nobody could agree which cliffhanger came first. We started drawing arrows on butcher paper. Clubs asked us to come back with a cleaner sheet.
Expertise
The table knows pamphlet comics, digital splash pages, and the odd habits of NFT comic drops: staggered chapters, edition labels, and covers that do not change the lettering. We are not a shop, a publisher, or a platform team.
People
Nia Okonkwo chairs most primers. She came from a small-press reviewing habit and still counts story pages out loud.
Owen Hartley keeps the timeline wall. He used to volunteer at a back-issue fair and now treats drop calendars like bus timetables.
Priya Seth runs club briefings. She stops the room when a variant wrap is being described as a missing battle.
Working approach
We read the public issue list first, then the interiors we are allowed to review, then we write. Visitors can bring their own printed screenshots. We do not require an account with any marketplace.
Values
Clarity over hype. No countdown language. No invented scarcity. Character names appear only as they show up in publicly discussed issues, with the understanding that those names belong to their owners.
Community
Manchester clubs, solo readers on the tram, and people who still prefer a paper pamphlet but keep a couple of NFT comics for an event they missed on the stands. Contact is by telephone or email, not by a site form.
