Web Field Line does not operate checkout, card capture, or downloadable software sales on this website. There is therefore no refund path for a purchase that cannot occur here.
Briefing fees
If we agree a paid hour by telephone or email, and you pay by bank transfer or another method we confirm in that conversation, the following studio practice applies.
If you cancel more than forty-eight hours before the booked slot, we return the fee in full by the same method you used.
If you cancel later than forty-eight hours, we may retain half the agreed fee to cover a table that cannot be offered to another club that week. If we cancel because a researcher is ill, we return the fee in full or offer a new slot, at your choice spoken on the call.
If a briefing happened and you simply disliked the event we mapped, that is not a defect in a product. We will still talk through the one-pager once by phone at no extra fee.
What is not refundable because it was never sold here
NFT comics, marketplace listings, Veve accounts, and any digital asset quoted on public venues including Binance are not sold by Web Field Line. We cannot refund a third-party drop you chose to collect.
